You can be brainy....AND brawny!

Since two things I admire the most in people are an active brain and an active body, this article made me very happy!

I have to say, when I work out regularly I do feel more "sharp"- working out also helps me manage my time and stay on task, in addition to all those stress-relieving benefits!
